Westbrook Netrunner

How this card works

Westbrook costs 4 Eddies for 5 power - one Gig per attack. The Play ability is the reason to run it: until your next turn, rival Legends can't steal your Gigs with value lower than their power. An 8-power Legend can only take your dice showing 8 or more.

So keep your values low. Trust No One costs 1 Eddie and decreases a Gig by up to 3. Jackie Welles: Pour One Out For Me lets you decrease a friendly Gig by up to 2 the first time you play a Blue Unit or Gear each turn, and Westbrook is a Blue Unit, so it sets up its own lock.

The lock also covers Legends the Rival plays later and stays if Westbrook leaves the field. It does nothing against normal Units - Chrome Fang handles those, with the reverse condition.
