How this card works
Wakako has no cost and stays in your Legends area. Her Call gives a choice: a rival Unit gets -2 power this turn, or you draw 1. Her Spend ability decreases a Gig by up to 2, and that repeatable half is usually the more important one.
Both halves support Pyramid Song. When a friendly d4 is a min Gig, the Program picks both its effects, and Wakako's Spend can put the d4 there. Then -5 from the Program plus her -2 takes a 7-power Unit to 0, and the second effect bottom-decks it. Jackie Welles: Pour One Out For Me also rewards min Gigs.
You may pick the -2 option even with no rival Unit; it just fails. The Spend can target a Gig already at its minimum. Power can go negative - it counts as 0 for comparisons. She brings 2 Blue RAM.
