How this card works

Rogue Amendiares: Queen of the Afterlife works on two fronts. Passively, the first time each turn another friendly Unit steals a Gig with a value less than its power, ready 2 Eddies. Actively, for 2 Eddies and a Spend, a rival Unit loses power equal to Rogue's power this turn, normally 4. Quick lets you do that as a reaction to an attack.

Lowering dice before you steal makes the refund routine. Trust No One decreases a Gig by up to 3 for 1 Eddie, and the Spend on Wakako Okada: Peace and Harmony decreases one by up to 2.

An attacker cut to 0 power steals nothing, and negative power counts as 0. Rogue herself does not count for the first effect. The FAQ also notes that, because of Lag, she cannot use her Quick ability the turn she is played.
