How this card works
This is a draw card in Unit form. Pay 3 Eddies and its Play draws 2. With 0 power it steals no Gigs and loses any fight against a Unit with power, so treat it as a card-draw effect that leaves a body behind.
That body can still be useful. Japantown Jonin gives a friendly Unit +2 power this turn, and Saul Bright: Stormrider gives other friendly Units +2 power while attacking; either lets this Unit steal one Gig. Since it rarely attacks, it stays ready, and ready Units are not valid attack targets, so it is a safe place to equip Gear.
The FAQ confirms the draw is mandatory. Watch your deck size, because drawing from an empty deck makes you lose immediately. It needs 3 Blue RAM, which two Blue Legends cover.
