Judy Álvarez: Nothing to Doubt

How this card works

The number to notice first is 5 Blue RAM. Each Legend gives 2 RAM, so all three Legends in your deck have to be Blue. That leaves 0 RAM in every other colour, and every non-Legend card has at least 1 RAM, so the whole deck must be Blue.

In return you get an engine. For 1 Eddie and Spend, reveal the top card of your deck: you may play it for free, otherwise add it to your hand. Judy herself costs 6 Eddies, has 6 power and steals one Gig, but you buy her for the card flow. Alt Cunningham: Soulkiller Architect is one Blue Legend that fits.

Lag stops the Spend effect the turn she's played. Playing a card for free only removes its cost - any other conditions still apply, and a Unit played this way also has Lag. The ruling lets you activate the effect with an empty deck, though nothing is revealed.
