How this card works

MT0D12 Flathead cannot be blocked while you have less Street Cred than a Rival, so no Blocker can redirect its attack. For 5 Eddies you get 7 power, enough to steal one Gig per hit, and unusually for a Unit it carries a sell tag, so the FAQ confirms you can sell it from hand when you need Eddies instead.

NetWatch Netdriver suits it well: the Gear adds +2 power and draws you a card each time the equipped Unit is spent, and attacking spends it. To fall behind on Street Cred on purpose, Jackie Welles: Pour One Out For Me lets you decrease a friendly Gig by up to 2 the first time you play a Blue Unit or Blue Gear each turn.

Timing matters: the FAQ says the unblockable status is checked when you declare the attack, so later changes in the React Step do not let your rival block.
