How this card works

Set your dice first, then play this Unit. Its Play draws 1 if your Street Cred, the total of all your Gig values, is even, and that is checked when it enters. For 3 Eddies you get a 2-power body that steals one Gig, but you play it for the card.

Dexter DeShawn: One Last Chance adjusts a Gig by up to 1 on Play and on Attack, and a change of 1 flips the parity of your total. Pacifica Netrunner checks the same even Street Cred and, if met, stops a rival Unit from readying until your next turn.

The FAQ notes that 0 does not count as even. If your Gig area is empty, your Street Cred is Null, which is neither even nor odd, so the draw fails. It needs 2 Green RAM.
