How this card works

For 2 Eddies you spend a rival Unit with cost 4 or less. A spent Unit cannot use Blocker, since that needs a ready Unit, and it becomes a valid attack target, since you can only attack spent rival Units. It stays spent until your Rival readies it.

This sets up Units that need targets. Ruthless Lowlife has 4 power for 2 Eddies but can only attack rival Units, so it needs spent ones. Wild in the Streets then defeats any spent Unit for 5 Eddies, with no power or cost limit.

Cost means the printed number, not what your Rival paid. MaxTac Heavy may come down for 1 Eddie, but its cost is still 7, so it is out of range. The FAQ confirms you can play this with no rival Units, and that you may choose a Unit that is already spent. It needs 1 Green RAM.
