How this card works

Sandevistan costs 3 Eddies, gives +2 power, and readies the equipped Unit or Legend at the end of your turn. You can attack with it or spend it for an effect, and it still starts your rival's turn ready. Ready cards cannot be attacked, and only ready cards can use Blocker or Spend abilities as reactions.

So give it to something with a reaction. Rogue Amendiares: Queen of the Afterlife can pay 2 Eddies and spend to make a rival Unit lose power equal to her own; with Sandevistan that is 6, and she can do it on your rival's turn even after attacking on yours.

The FAQ says the ready is mandatory, which can get in the way. If Sandevistan is on MaxTac Squadron, the Squadron readies a face-up Legend only if the Squadron itself is still spent at end of turn, so order your end-of-turn effects with care.
