NetWatch Netdriver

How this card works

NetWatch Netdriver costs 3 Eddies, gives +2 power, and draws you 1 card each time the equipped Unit or Legend is spent. Any spend counts: attacking, using Blocker, paying a Spend cost, or spending a Legend for 1 Eddie toward another card.

A face-up Legend you spend often is a natural carrier. Alt Cunningham: Soulkiller Architect has no cost and spends with 1 Eddie to play a Program from your trash, then bottom-decks it. Rita Wheeler: No Stupid Questions stacks her own draw-then-discard the first time she is spent each turn, and her Blocker gives her a reason to spend on your rival's turn too.

The FAQ sets the order: on an attack you draw before the attack resolves, on a Spend ability you draw after that effect, and when a Legend pays for a card you draw after the card is played. The draw is mandatory, so watch a thin deck.
